The rear foot of the male kangaroo and wallaby has a large, strong claw. When fighting a rival, they use these claws as they kick at their opponent.
 
This piece is from a fully mature wallaby male. It measures 5/8 of an inch across and 1 1/2 inches long from the top of the chain hoop which has an opening of 1/4 inch to accommodate most chains. it is wrapped with braided gold tone wire and coated to give it a nice sheen.
